TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. SERVICES
Diesel Kings provides in-shop diesel repair and maintenance services in California. We specialize in heavy-duty and medium-duty trucks, commercial fleets, RVs, and heavy equipment. We do not provide mobile or roadside services at this time.
2. ESTIMATES & DIAGNOSTICS
All diagnostic work is subject to a 1-hour minimum labor fee of $150. Estimates are provided for all major repairs; however, we will not proceed with any work exceeding the original estimate without explicit customer approval. Please note that diagnostics requiring significant labor or teardowns will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Fleet Cards, ACH, Zelle, and Business Checks. Deposits are required for large-scale jobs or special-order parts before work begins. All invoices must be paid in full before the vehicle or equipment is released from our facility.
4. PARTS & WARRANTY
Certain parts supplied by Diesel Kings carry a manufacturer warranty. While customers may supply their own parts, Diesel Kings provides no warranty on customer-supplied parts or any labor related to the installation, failure, or replacement of said parts.
5. LIABILITY LIMITS
Diesel Kings is not responsible for loss of income, business downtime, or indirect costs resulting from service delays or mechanical failures. We are not responsible for any personal items or valuables left in vehicles or equipment while on our premises.
6. STORAGE & ABANDONED VEHICLES
Vehicles not picked up within 48 hours of service completion may be subject to storage fees. Under California law, Diesel Kings reserves the right to take legal action and process liens on abandoned vehicles or equipment left on-site without prior arrangement.
